In this interview, Jonathan Taylor QC, chair of WADA's Independent Compliance Review Committee (CRC) & Co-Head of Sport at Bird & Bird provides a detailed explanation CRC’s recommendations, that were endorsed by the WADA Executive Committee on the 9 December 2019, to declare the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) as non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code for a Period of Four years.
