Master in International Sports Law - ISDE
The Master in International Sports Law has been designed for graduates in Law interested in developing their careers in the Sports Law Industry.
Applicants must be able to attend the Master as full-time students for a period of one year in Madrid, Spain.
It is also compulsory for all the students to have a very good command of the English language in written and oral form.
The first phase begins in January and takes place at our academic headquarters in Madrid, where students attend lectures from Monday to Friday
In this first phase, students will also attend lectures during a week at the Wolfson College of the University of Cambridge, in the United Kingdom. (April)
Additionally, students will also have an institutional trip to Switzerland to visit the most important sports organizations, such as the IOC, the FIFA or the UEFA. (May)
The second phase of the program takes place at the premises of one of the collaborating entities of the Master, under the conditions and rules set by those entities. Internships can be done in the five continents in placements such as law firms, clubs, governing bodies...
In addition to the compulsory international internship in the Institutions, law firms and sports clubs that are partners of this program, the master is enriched with two academic stays that will take place at the Wolfson College of Cambridge and the Lausanne in Switzerland.
The students will travel to Cambridge to receive classes from the best sport law specialists from the United Kingdom, in a College that is known to be the most cosmopolitan center of the Cambridge University.
As one of the 31 colleges in the University of Cambridge, Wolfson College is a leading academic research institution. Actually, the majority of its students are carrying out research towards postgraduate degrees (in particular, PhDs, MPhils and Master Degrees).
