The debut collection will be available to buy at www.neweracap.eu and www.englandrugbystore.com from 7 August 2020. The collection, which features the iconic red rose emblem, will give rugby fans a number of popular headwear styles to choose from including the 9FORTY adjustable, 9FIFTY stretch snap and a seasonal offering of knitwear.

Established in the US in 1920, New Era is steeped in sports heritage and serves as the official headwear partner to a host of major sports teams and leagues such as the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB) and National Basketball Association (NBA) as well as Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea FC.

As the authentic cap of choice for sports enthusiasts around the globe, New Era has been worn by athletes both on and off the pitch for decades.

Simon Massie Taylor, Chief Commercial Officer at the RFU said: “It’s great to see New Era headwear sporting the iconic red rose. We are delighted to be increasing our product offering for fans and look forward to working with New Era on some exciting new lines.”

Paul Gils, Vice President EMEA at New Era added: “England Rugby is built upon the passion of its fans and we are absolutely thrilled to be launching our debut headwear collection to the supporters of such globally revered teams in international rugby union.”
