IPC statement regarding CAS decision on WADA v RUSADA

IPC Logo

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) acknowledges today’s decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to rule that the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) is non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code.  This is in connection with RUSADA’s failure to procure that the authentic LIMS data and underlying analytical data of the former Moscow Laboratory was received by the World Anti-Doping Agency.

Following this decision, the IPC Governing Board will convene in early 2021 to decide on next steps.
