Elise Orban
Junior Associate
Elise Orban, junior associate, is a member of the Dispute Resolution department. She advises clients in negotiating an amicable solution and before Luxembourg Courts when litigation cannot be avoided. She also assists clients throughout the legal proceedings, from the drafting of the document initiating the proceedings to the follow-up of the execution of the decision. She worked on several matters linked to sports law.
Elise holds a Master’s Degree in Litigation and Civil Enforcement Procedure from the University of Grenoble Alpes (France).
Elise assists her clients in French and English.
