Jermaine Malcolm

Jermaine is a lawyer in the sports law team and specialises in football - acting for high profile professional players, agents and football clubs.

He advises clients on all commercial aspects of football, including sponsorship, brand ambassador arrangements, commercial contracts and rights exploitation (including image rights).

Jermaine also advises on media law and intellectual property and is a strong advocate, defending professional athletes and clubs in litigation, mediations and arbitrations.

In addition to his advisory work, Jermaine is also an FA registered Intermediary and the founder of a reputable football agency, which has enabled him to gain experience and understanding of intermediary and professional association regulations.

Jermaine is also a member of the Global Sports Law Group network of lawyers, which gives his clients access to international sports law expertise.
