Any Advantage or a Net Advantage? Before commenting on the detail of the Decision, I would like to make clear that the observations which follow are made without any moral, emotional or sporting bias as to whether Mr Pistorius should be able to compete with able-bodied athletes; they are based purely on an interpretation of the IAAF regulation 2 (the “Regulation”) on which the case turned.
