Since we started our D&I journey, we made a promise to keep you updated on our progress. We created this report to share that journey which includes both our accomplishments and the challenges we still need to overcome. There is much work to be done not just at Riot Games, but across the industry. It is our collective responsibility to make our workplaces inclusive and safe not just for a handful of people, but for all of us.
FAIR GAME, a group of 25 value-driven clubs supported by 40 world-renowned football expert, revealed their new vision for football at a prestigious launch at Plough Lane, the home of AFC Wimbledon, today.
The government is currently developing policies on how to change the national game as part of Tracey Crouch’s football governance review. Fair Game aim is to help develop the long-term realistic solutions needed.
The details of that vision are outlined in Fair Game’s 48-page manifesto, Putting Pride Back In the Shirt: Fair Game’s Solution for the National Game.
It details solutions to various problems within football, including the owners and directors test, financial sustainability, protecting the heritage of clubs, a fairer distribution of TV revenues, opposing the European Super League, and tackling discrimination.
The NFL announced Thursday it is fining the Washington Football Team $10 million based on the outcome of the review of the franchise, which was led by independent counsel Beth Wilkinson, that found the club's workplace to have been improper for many years.

British racing’s leading organisations have come together to improve diversity and inclusion across the sport under a unified “Industry Commitment” to ensure racing truly is a sport for everyone and to help the sport grow and thrive in the future.
British racing is proud to be one of few sports where all genders compete on equal terms. The Industry Commitment aims to formalise the sport’s approach to diversity and inclusion and builds on the extensive existing activity already taking place, including community engagement, education activity and charitable work. Much of this is highlighted and celebrated through the Racing Together platform which has showcased over 80 initiatives across the sport enabling the broadest range of people to participate, progress and achieve in horseracing.

NBA players have consistently been leaders of change in their communities, using their voices and their resources to bring attention to the ongoing episodes of social injustice, police brutality, and systemic racism across the country. On August 26, the players used their platform to stage a powerful protest, opting out of their games after Jacob Blake was shot 7 times by Kenosha Police in Wisconsin. This “pause” by the players caused another shift by forcing conversation and action to take place and many other sports organizations followed suit.
