Liu Jiahe
Counsel
Liu Jiahe is a Counsel at East & Concord Partners, specialising in international sports law. She graduated from ISDE with a Master in International Sports Law and is also a member of the Athletes Committee of the Chinese Football Association. She was a former full-time legal counsel of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and former Deputy Secretary to the AFC judicial bodies. During her time at the AFC, she handled hundreds of sports disputes in relation to the AFC Champions League, the AFC Asian Cup and other AFC competitions involving such cases as match fixing, doping, discrimination and spectator misconducts, and represented the AFC for matters heard before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
