Stephanie is gaining experience of various sports regulatory matters, such as anti-doping and misconduct, by assisting arbitrators, including William Norris QC, for Sport Resolutions and The FA regulatory commissions. She has successfully completed the intensive sports arbitration course at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) in Kuala Lumpur. She is also on the Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Panel; and has provided advice to athletes on, for instance, anti-doping matters, including drafting responses to UK Anti- Doping notices of alleged failures. She is part of the National Safeguarding Pilot with a number of National Governing Bodies (“NGBs”), and has advised NGBs on appropriate investigations and procedures. She writes regularly on sports law developments. More generally, she has experience in public and commercial law, and other related matters.
