Fiona Maria Trabold

Fiona Maria Trabold is a certified Specialist Lawyer for Intellectual Property Rights and advises her clients in the area of trademark and unfair competition law with a special focus on the sport, healthcare and life science industries. She regularly advises and represents clients in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings as well as in administrative (DPMA and EUIPO) proceedings. In particular, she monitors specified markets with regard to trademark and personality right infringements in the area of group marketing for the German Bundesliga.

Fiona joined Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein in 2017. She was admitted to the bar in 2018 and holds a law degree from the University of Frankfurt. She also studied law at the University of Leicester.
