Georgia is a Senior Associate in the Employment team and works closely with clients on all aspects of the employment relationship. Georgia delivers clear and digestible advice and is committed to helping clients achieve their wider business goals. This is reflected in her work managing complex employee relations matters across all elements of the employment life cycle. Georgia also acts for clients in defending complex Employment Tribunal claims, from initial instruction through to final hearing. She has experience in cases involving unlawful discrimination, whistleblowing detriments and victimisation linked to philosophical belief. Georgia guides clients through each stage of tribunal proceedings with clarity and confidence.
