Jonathan’s main areas of specialism include advising on restructuring and redundancy exercises, TUPE/outsourcing and senior executive dismissals. He also carries out investigations for clients. Jonathan currently acts for a broad range of different organisations and oversees a number of key client relationships as well as providing hands on support. Jonathan has been recognised for my employment law expertise in both Chambers and Legal 500 for a number of years. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, chair of Lewis Silkin’s TUPE group and Editor of the Sweet & Maxwell Transfer of Undertakings Bulletin.
