Laurine Vanherck

Laurine is a lawyer at Tiberghien. She is a tax advisor specialised in advising individuals and organisations active in all areas of sports and entertainment. She ensures that clients who are performing around the world comply with both their tax and social security obligations.

More specifically, she advises athletes, artists, event organizers, teams and clubs on how to efficiently structure their Belgian and international tax and social security affairs.

Her practice involves the drafting of opinion letters on international taxation from both a Belgian as well as an international perspective, the filing of Belgian resident or non-resident income tax returns, advising on the international tax aspects of royalties, endorsements and image rights, advising international artists and athletes on their worldwide tax position and the compliance obligations in the state of performance in cooperation with our local partners
