Ruth’s work focuses on assisting sports and other clients in relation to Sponsor Licences and visa applications. This entails sponsor licence applications, compliance with sponsor duties and work visas.
Ruth has advised on immigration and visa matters across a range of sports, including football, netball and cricket - she has assisted a number of clubs and organisations with the appointments of overseas talent on an expedited basis. She provides comprehensive training to businesses on prevention of illegal working legislation and conducting compliant right to work checks, as well as on dealing with recruitment issues and sponsor licence management.
