Sarah is a Director and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in our Intellectual Property Team and assists a number of sports sector businesses with the management of their IP portfolios. She is recognised as a Leading Associate in the Legal 500 rankings, and was nominated for the TMT Rising Star of the Year award at the Legal 500 Powerhouse awards in 2024. Sarah acts for various football clubs in connection with the management and protection of their international IP rights.
In addition to general portfolio management work, Sarah also leads our work on vital brand protection and enforcement matters for sports clients, as well as handling contentious and non-contentious matters before the Intellectual Property Office.
