Andrew is a solicitor advocate and senior associate in the firm’s Litigation and Corporate Risk department. Andrew advises individuals and corporates on a wide array of corporate and commercial disputes and acts on both domestic and cross jurisdictional cases, with particular expertise in corporate and shareholder disputes, civil fraud, and complex trusts disputes.
Andrew also advises in matters involving reputation management, including actions for defamation, breach of confidence/privacy, and protection of data – at both pre and post publication stages. Andrew has particular expertise advising public figures, financial institutions and clients in the real estate funds and sport sectors.
Andrew has recently completed a secondment to the Bank of England, where he was part of the Legal Directorate team.
Andrew is also a contributing author to the text book ‘Football and the Law’ (Bloomsbury publishing) and has specific expertise in the area of sports disputes.
