Chi Liu is a sports and entertainment lawyer, with legal licenses in China and New York State.
He has a LL.B degree from Peking University, a LL.M. degree from Temple University and the second LL.M. degree from UCLA, with a specialization on entertainment and media law. He is a sports arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), a commercial arbitrator at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Center (SHIAC). Mr. Liu also serves at FIFA Ethics Committee, FIBA Appeals Panel, and FIVB Arbitral Tribunal.
