Duncan Bain is a Senior Associate in the Oxford office of Bower & Bailey Solicitors. He qualified as a barrister in 2001 and cross-qualified a solicitor in 2008. He practices immigration, discrimination and employment law.
In relation to immigration law he principally advises on points based migration and EU rights. He has particular expertise in contentious immigration issues, acting for individuals and organisations seeking to challenge Home Office decisions.
