Stefano Verduchi works in the Legal and Fiscal Office of the Centro Sportivo Italiano (CSI), where he focuses on safeguarding compliance and the protection of minors in sport under Legislative Decrees no. 36/2021 and no. 39/2021 and CONI Deliberation no. 255/2023. He also works as an independent consultant, supporting sports clubs and associations in adopting organisational models, codes of conduct and reporting systems for the prevention of abuse, violence and discrimination. His research interests include sports governance, institutional responsibility and access to remedy for victims of harm in sport.
