Stuart is a commercial specialist at RPC with expertise in advertising, marketing, data and commercial contracts - particularly in the tech, media, sports and retail sectors.
He regularly advises clients across the digital spectrum, including in relation to retail, sports, sponsorship, endorsement and licensing, and issues relating to privacy, data protection and GDPR.
His experience includes advising on high-profile partnerships involving top athletes, Premier League football clubs and racing events and providing advertising advice to brands regarding major global events including the Olympic Games, Winter Olympics, World Cup and Women's World Cup.
Stuart has extensive in-house experience, having been seconded to Google, Reckitt Benckiser, Virgin Media, AIG and Tokio Marine Kiln. Whilst on secondment he supported in-house teams on a wide range of commercial, media and marketing arrangements, with a strong focus on tech, creative services and consumer regulatory.
