Tom is a partner at Harris Hagan, the only law firm in the UK exclusively dedicated to gambling law. Tom advises on a broad range of commercial matters with a particular focus on gaming related products and services.

He trained at Nabarro where he qualified in 2001 and latterly spent three years at Lewis Silkin. He also spent six years as in-house counsel with The Rank Group plc. Tom's primary focus at Rank was advising its online gaming business, notably in relation to their branded partnership agreements, as well as their sponsorship arrangements with sports associations, clubs and racecourses.
