Christian specialises predominantly in corporate, commercial, regulatory and general compliance work in the sports and media sector.
Christian has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the football sector and has advised on a large number of deals involving Premier League, EFL, National League and foreign clubs, acting on for both buyers and sellers. Recent examples include the sales of AFC Bournemouth and Burnley FC as well as the purchases of Wrexham AFC and Hull City FC.
Christian also has significant experience advising on a wide variety of commercial arrangements, including kit supply, shirt sponsorship, partnership agreements, event hire, tour agreements, general services agreements and crypto/metaverse related agreements.
