The International Testing Agency (ITA), on behalf of the International Boxing Association (IBA), reports that Kazakh boxer Dulat Bekbauov has been sanctioned with a two-year period of ineligibility for an anti-doping rule violation (ADRV).
The ITA confirms that boxer athlete Dulat Bekbauov has been sanctioned with a 2-year period of ineligibility for an anti-doping rule violation (ADRV) under article 2.4 of the IBA anti-doping rules (IBA ADR) ¹ as the athlete committed three whereabouts failures within a 12-month period.
