Numerous members of chambers are acting in litigation involving alleged neurodegenerative injuries caused by the repeated concussions and sub-concussions in both football and rugby football league. Our team also has significant experience in acting for both claimants and defendants in high-value loss of earnings and loss of a chance claims arising out of sporting injuries. Our team has acted in claims of missed diagnoses of cardiac defects in sports men and women, including the notable case of Hamed v Mills & Tottenham Hotspur Football Club  EWHC 298 (QB).
