James is an associate specialising in commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
James focuses on disputes for clients in the sport, fashion and entertainment sectors, with his experience encompassing High Court and County Court disputes, international and domestic arbitration, and public inquiries. Regular work includes contractual disputes, breaches of post-termination restrictive covenants, claims for inducing breach of contract, insolvency claims, defamation and intellectual property infringements.
James also has considerable experience advising clients on commercial agreements, drafting rules and regulations for governing bodies, and advising clubs on playing contracts and transfers.
