CAS Case Law and Procedures Update - November 2015
This informative session, run jointly by LawInSport and Mills & Reeve, is aimed at senior management, in-house lawyers and those responsible for handling sporting disputes at sport organisations, will ensure you are fully up-to-date with relevant Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) procedures and key case law. Mills & Reeve's Mark Hovel, Head of Sport, and Carol Couse, Consultant, will be joined by William Sternheimer, Managing Counsel & Head of Arbitration at Court of Arbitration for Sport and Sean Cottrell, Chief Executive Officer, LawInSport.
This event is non-for-profit event. However, we do ask that a small donation is made to sports charity that will be confirmed prior to the event.
The seminar will starts with a presentation from William Sternheimer, Managing Counsel & Head of Arbitration at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. In his presentation William will discuss:

After his presentation William will answer questions from the floor along with Mark Hovell, CAS Arbitrator before Carol Couse of Mills & Reeve provides an update on the latest line of CAS case law.
