International Conference on the subject of "Doping and Public Health" to be held in Oslo 7-9 June 2017.

The Ministry of Health and Care Services and Anti-Doping Norway are proud to arrange an International Conference on Doping and Public Health. 

Other stakeholders involved are the World Anti-Doping Agency, The National Police Directorate, The Ministry of Culture and The Norwegian Directorate for Health.

Participation and Registration 

Fee and costs

There are two packages at a preferred rate. Package two includes dinner on 8 June. 

Package 1:

Early bird registration (registration form must be received by 15 March): NOK 2100

Registration from 16 March: NOK 3000

This package includes the following: 

• Participation fee for two and half days conference
• Welcome reception on Wednesday 7 June
• Lunch on Thursday 8 June
• Lunch on Friday 9 June
• Coffee/tea breaks during the whole conference
• Goodie-bag 

Package 2:

Early bird registration (registration form must be received by 15 March): NOK 2600

Registration from 16 March: NOK 3500

• Participation fee for two and half days conference
• Welcome reception on Wednesday 7 June
• Lunch on Thursday 8 June
• Lunch on Friday 9 June
• Coffee/tea breaks during the whole conference
• A three-course menu including coffee. Dinner will be at the same location as the conference venue. Beverage will be offered by Anti-Doping Norway
• Goodie-bag

Participants are required to cover their own costs related to travel and accommodation. Accommodation shall be booked directly with the hotel.

For registrations received after the deadline, participation cannot be guaranteed.

For logistical reasons, individuals who have not registered online and who have not received an electronic confirmation of their registration will not be given access to the conference.
