moot Problem

Each team will be advocating for one party on this rather topical issue:

On the 24 February 2022, the Syldavian Football Federation sent its troops across its own border and that of Latveria and invaded Borduria, a neighboring country. In response, the Global Football Association (GFA) & European Football Association (EFA) decided together that all Syldavian teams, whether national representative teams or club teams, shall be suspended from participation in both GFA and EFA competitions until further notice.

The SFU seeks to have its suspension lifted and EFA seeks to have its decision to suspend upheld. One team will represent the Appellant (the SFU) and one team will represent the Respondent (EFA).
