Saracens and Northampton in Soane Tonga’uiha battle

The wrangle between Northampton and Saracens for the services of Soane Tonga’uiha took a new twist yesterday. Northampton re-signed the Tonga prop on a three-year contract, a deal that Saracens declared illegal and irrelevant, and the clubs will meet Premier Rugby Ltd (PRL) next week to try to resolve the issue.
