Vettel blames Hamilton as pair escape with reprimand for pit race

Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel escaped with a reprimand following a pit-lane incident between the two at the Chinese grand prix. The pair had come in for new tyres but left their pit boxes at the same time and proceeded to race each other down the lane, albeit at the speed limit.
