Radioshack rider Li Fuyu fails drugs test

Li Fuyu, a rider for Lance Armstrong's Team RadioShack, has been provisionally suspended by the International Cycling Union (UCI) after failing a drugs test. Chinese rider Li, 31, joined RadioShack in December 2009 after spells with the Discovery and Marco Polo teams.
