ECB chairman Giles Clarke faces legal action over 'rebel' cricket remarks

Clarke is being sued for remarks he made in an email, which he says was just a draft, to the Indian board in which he accused IMG of being involved in discussions about the promotion of an alleged rebel cricket tournament in England in partnership with the Indian Premier League.
