Lord Triesman resigns as FA chairman and as chair of 2018 World Cup bid

Lord Triesman has been forced to resign as chairman of both the FA and England’s 2018 World Cup bid after accusing Russia and Spain of plotting to bribe referees at this summer’s tournament.
