Sir Chris Hoy lashes out at changes to Olympic regulations
Sir Chris Hoy has criticised cycling's world governing body for making "terrible" changes to the Olympic track programme and qualification criteria, which he feels will hamper Great Britain's bid to emulate their Beijing success at London 2012.
