John Steele confirmed as RFU chief executive

John Steele, UK Sport's departing chief executive, has been confirmed as successor to Francis Baron as chief executive of the Rugby Football Union (RFU). Steele will take charge in the autumn and among his many tasks will be delivering what the RFU insist will be the best ever World Cup in 2015.
