Chelsea target Benfica's Angel Di Maria with £15 million bid

Frank Arnesen, Chelsea's director of football, has watched the Portuguese side three times in recent weeks and has recommended Di María, an Argentina international, as well as his team-mates Javi Garcia and Fábio Coenträo, to Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti.
