Alinghi appeal America's Cup venue

The Swiss syndicate, who made their controversial selection of the United Arab Emirates earlier this year, claim that contrary to reports, their choice complied fully with a ruling made by the New York Supreme Court in May that 'the location of the match be in Valencia or any other location selected by the SNG'.
