Celtic set to sign Danish striker

Celtic manager Tony Mowbray's bid to freshen up his squad took another step forward yesterday as the Scottish giants’ £1m bid for Danish striker Morten Rasmussen was accepted by the player's club Brondby. Rasmussen, who will turn 25 on 31 January, has yet to decide whether he wants to move to Celtic as he is desperate to make Denmark's 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ finals squad.
