LTA orders review of performance after 'unacceptable' Davis Cup defeat

The Lawn Tennis Association's chief executive, Roger Draper, has called for a review of Great Britain's Davis Cup defeat to Lithuania yesterday which he described as "unacceptable" and has echoed the LTA's player director Steve Martens' call for "swift and decisive" action.
